Description: Type 7P.09 surge arresters, SPD Type 1 + 2 with high discharge capacity and no subsequent follow-on current – Three-phase applications. SPD Type 1, gas spark gap for N-PE installation in three-phase applications, in 3 + 1 configuration. Equipped with remote contact signaling of the presence of the GDT. Upside down mount technology. Replaceable modules. Features include: SPD suitable for low voltage systems for protection against overvoltages caused by direct discharges, induced and operating overvoltages To be installed on the border between zones LPZ 0 and LPZ 1 Combination of high-performance varistors and gas spark gaps (GDT) which ensure: • high discharge currents • high insulation resistance which eliminates the leakage current • absence of subsequent follow-on current Extremely low residual voltage Replaceable modules Upside down mount technology (thanks to the double marking of the terminals and the new restraint system of the replaceable module that allows its reversal) Visual indicator of the varistor status: functional/to be replaced Double screw terminal Signaling with remote contact of the varistor status: presence, functioning, to be replaced.
